Bunkering
Bunkering is organised directly through the agents. Written permission is required from the Marine Department for any bunkering operation. (See Permit to Work System)
Water
Potable water facilities exist at all berths. The ordering of the water supply is through the vessel's agents or through the VTS Centre (Telephone: +44 (0) 1179 822257)
Telephones
Shore telephone connections are available at most berths and may be connected
upon direct application to British Telecom (www.btinternet.com),
or through the ships' agents
