We have an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in undertaking a two-year apprenticeship within our Building Services division. 
During the apprenticeship you will learn all aspects of building maintenance including painting and decorating, carpentry and joinery, plumbing and drainage.  You will undertake a comprehensive training programme, including day release at college, studying towards a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Maintenance Operations. 

• You will have a sound secondary education, with a minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include Maths and English at minimum grade C (4). 
• You will also need a positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn.  A good standard of physical fitness and a head for heights are also required.
