The Bristol Port Company has its own training centre based at Avonmouth Docks. All employees undergo induction, health and safety training when starting work here, followed by intensive training specific to their jobs. With annual appraisals there is the opportunity to review your skills and your career path. Many of our staff have gone on to gain certificates with NEBOSH, CIMA, CIPD, CIM, First Aid and Pitmans just to name a few.
